Trembix is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Human Resources Intern. This is an unpaid, entry-level position designed specifically for students or recent graduates who have zero professional experience and are looking to launch their careers in HR.

As a progressive firm specializing in technology and digital transformation, we offer a supportive environment where you will receive hands-on mentorship and exposure to global HR standards.


Duration:

6 Months and above.


Key Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will assist our team with:

·        Talent Acquisition: source candidates and coordinate interviews.

·        Onboarding: welcome new team members and set them up for success.

·        HR Administration: Maintaining digital employee records and supporting documentation.

·        Employee Engagement: Assisting with internal communications and team-building initiatives.

·        Policy & Training: Helping organize training sessions and researching modern HR policies.


Qualifications:

We are looking for potential, not a long resume. You are a great fit if you have:

·        Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

·        Digital Literacy: Proficiency with basic digital tools (Google Workspace/MS Office) and an eagerness to learn HR software.

·        Soft Skills: High level of organization, time management, and a genuine interest in people management.

·        Reliability: Ability to work effectively in a full-time, remote capacity.
