Responsibilities:
- Supports recruitment (job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews).
- Assists with employee onboarding, paperwork, and benefits.
- Helps with employee relations (grievances, feedback, engagement activities).
- Maintains HR records, databases, and files (physical and digital).
- Preparishes reports, data entry, and analytics.
- Gets involved in HR projects (policy updates, training programs).
- Learns HR processes and policies, gets hands-on experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND.
- No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
