Job summary

The Human Resources Intern assists the HR team in recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, training coordination, and other HR administrative functions. This role provides exposure to core HR processes and helps ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews for candidates.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing employment documents, letters, and reports.
  • Help coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR personnel.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or any field.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Data management and record-keeping.
  • Professionalism and discretion.
