Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos
- Help coordinate training programs and employee development activities
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

- Handle general HR administrative duties and provide support to the HR team
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
