The Human Resources Officer is responsible for managing the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role ensures that HR practices support business objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.

- Prepare and post job vacancies.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff HR issues.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Promote employee engagement and welfare.
- Coordinate performance appraisals.
- Support line managers in setting KPIs.
- Identify training and development needs.
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records.
- Support career development plans.
- Maintain employee records and the HR database.
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave).
- Manage leave, attendance, and staff documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Update HR policies and the employee handbook.
- Support audits and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
