Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate staff records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Prepare and manage monthly payroll inputs
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws (PAYE, LIRS, etc.)
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and staff scheduling
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven HR experience in a structured organization
- Strong working knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with payroll processes and HR systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Remuneration: NGN 240,000 – 300,000 (Net)
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
