Job summary
A Human Resources Assistant supports the HR department in carrying out daily administrative and operational HR tasks. The role helps ensure smooth HR processes related to recruitment, employee records, payroll support, and staff welfare.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll processing and track attendance, leave, and overtime
- Assist in employee orientation and training programs
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, memos, and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
- Assist in organizing HR meetings and staff activities
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any field
