Role Description The Human Resources Administrator is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting HR operations across Global PayTech Limited. Day-to-day activities include maintaining employee records, updating HRIS data, preparing HR documentation, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. The role also supports benefits administration, tracks leave and attendance, and helps ensure adherence to labor and employment regulations in relevant jurisdictions. The Human Resources Administrator collaborates with managers and team members to address HR inquiries, coordinate HR communications, and contribute to HR projects that improve employee experience and operational efficiency. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and service-oriented communication in a fast-paced, international environment.
Qualifications
- Access to a good computer, good Internet, and stable electricity.
- Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including day-to-day HR administration and support.
- Experience with Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and comfortable working with digital tools for data entry, reporting, and record management.
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to support compliance across multiple regions or jurisdictions.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with remote, distributed teams.
- Previous experience in HR administration or coordination, ideally within fintech, payments, or other international, high-growth environments.
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
