Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, or HR operations is an advantage
