Job summary

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the daily HR operations of the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, attendance monitoring, and compliance with company policies. The role ensures efficient HR service delivery and promotes a positive work environment.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes (job postings, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Monitor staff attendance, lateness, and biometrics reporting
  • Prepare and issue HR documents (offer letters, warnings, memos, contracts)
  • Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support performance management processes and appraisals
  • Conduct staff orientation and training coordination
  • Monitor disciplinary processes and maintain proper documentation
  • Collaborate with department heads to address staffing and operational needs
  • Track leave management and staff schedules
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data
