Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support in resolving workplace conflicts.
- Monitor staff performance and assist with performance appraisal processes.
- Organize staff training, development, and capacity-building programs.
- Prepare HR reports, employment letters, and other official documents.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational standards.
- Manage employee welfare, benefits, leave records, and payroll support activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
