Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for leading and overseeing all strategic and operational HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with business objectives, support organizational growth, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with long-term workforce planning.
- Ensure all HR policies, employee records, and documentation meet regulatory, legal, and data protection standards while supporting organizational risk management.
- Lead the design and implementation of performance management frameworks, guiding goal-setting, continuous feedback, and performance development to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Design and implement initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, while embedding the company’s values and culture across all levels.
- Identify organizational capability gaps and lead the design of learning, development, and succession programs to build critical skills and leadership pipelines.
- Strategically manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee leave and workforce planning processes, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
- Lead structured offboarding processes, including exit interviews and transition planning, to preserve institutional knowledge and maintain positive alumni relations.
- Provide oversight of disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and legal compliance while maintaining trust and transparency.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite( Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of HR documentation, SOP development and organizational processes.
- Understanding of statutory requirements and HR legal compliance.
- Understanding of industry-standard practices for pay structures, benefits, and reward programs.
- Knowledge of creating, implementing, and enforcing HR policies.
- Understanding of appraisals, KPIs, and employee development systems.
- Familiarity with HR software, data management, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or any other related course.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Professional HR Certification (CIPM, PHRI, SHRM).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial Relations and Human Resources.
- Experience within the hospitality, FMCG or similar industry is required.

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 1,000,000- 1,200,000.
Work Mode: Onsite.
