The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing,recruiting and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the school’s mission.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
- Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and relevant regulations.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Develop staff training and capacity-building programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and payroll coordination.
- Provide HR advisory support to the Senior Leadership Team and the Board.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a master’s degree or HR certifications is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Human Resources management.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Integrity, discretion, and a passion for developing people.
