Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing routine HR inquiries and promoting a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and performance tracking.
- Coordinate staff training, development, and orientation programs.
- Administer employee leave records, attendance, and other HR-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
