Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently and accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Requirement:
- A minimum of BSC qualification
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Personnel
- Must reside within the axis of Amuwo Odofin and Festac Access Road.
