Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our growing team in the cryptocurrency/fintech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, building an efficient HR framework, and supporting our business growth while ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws and industry standards.

Job Description/Requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and employee handbooks for a fast-paced fintech/crypto environment.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
- Support staff training, career development, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Provide HR insights and data-driven recommendations to management.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven HR experience, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or tech-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HR software and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside around Ikeja, Egbeda, or Iyana-Ipaja.
- Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM) are an added advantage.
- Must be available to resume in October 2025.
