- Develop and Implement HR Strategies – Design and execute human resource strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of qualified employees.
- Oversee Employee Relations – Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting effective communication.
- Coordinate Performance Management – Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems, provide guidance on employee development, and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Manage Training and Development – Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and promote career development opportunities for employees.
- Administer Compensation and Benefits – Oversee payroll-related HR processes, employee benefits, compensation structures, and reward programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Ensure Legal and Policy Compliance – Maintain compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational HR policies while ensuring accurate employee records.
- Support Organizational Growth and Employee Engagement – Develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, succession planning, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field, while a professional HR certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within healthcare, hospitality, or other service-driven industries.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices is essential.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and support organizational success.
