Human Resources Intern
Job summary
We are looking for a motivated Human Resource Intern to support our people operations and recruitment activities while gaining hands-on HR experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Assist with job postings across job boards and social media platforms
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates
- Support onboarding of new hires and interns
- Maintain candidate and employee records
- Help manage employee documentation and contracts
- Support performance tracking and attendance records
- Assist with HR reports and data entry
- Support HR policies and process documentation
Employee Engagement
- Support internal communications and team engagement activities
- Assist with organizing virtual meetings, trainings, and team sessions
Administrative Support - Provide general administrative assistance to the HR and Operations team
- Help manage files, emails, and internal documentation
Requirements:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Interest in recruitment, HR operations, and talent development
- Prior internship or volunteering experience
- Familiarity with ATS tools or recruitment platforms (Nice to Have)
- Passion for helping people grow professionally (Nice to Have)
- Hands-on HR and recruitment experience
