Job Summary
A Human Resource Intern assists the HR department in carrying out daily administrative and HR-related responsibilities. They support recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR operations while gaining experience during the process.

- Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job vacancies and screening applications
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment forms, and staff records
- Participate in employee onboarding and orientation activities
- Maintain and update employee information in HR databases
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and HR programs
- Handle basic HR inquiries from staff and provide administrative support
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll preparation tasks and attendance tracking (if required)
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
Requirements:
- Degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
