Human Resource Generalist
Job summary
We are hiring a human resource generalist to manage our people and day-to-day operations. This role is for someone who enjoys working closely with people, understands the IT recruitment space, and can put clear systems in place without unnecessary complexity.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff engagement.
- Support and protect the company culture and employee experience
- Handle HR policies, labour law compliance, and employee relations.
- Oversee office administration, vendors, and internal operations.
- Work closely with the COO to support leadership and team structure.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in HR or People Operations
- Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Experience working in fast-growing companies
- Practical, hands-on experience across core HR functions
- An HR professional with experience in tech recruitment or high-growth environments
- Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels
- Emotionally intelligent, fair, and trustworthy
- Able to enforce rules while still being empathetic
- Passionate about building strong, high-performing teams
