Human Resource Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team and support our people operations while driving key HR initiatives across recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes across various departments.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee integration activities.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of performance management processes.
- Assist in developing learning and development initiatives to improve employee capability and productivity.
- Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and other reports to support the HR department.
- Support engagement initiatives and organisational culture development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years proven HR experience
- Strong experience in recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning
- Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labour laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage
