Human Resource Executive

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team in Green Baskit, a healthy snack manufacturing company based in Isolo, Lagos State. We’re focused on producing African-inspired, nutritious snack options made from real fruits, nuts, and wholesome ingredients.

Tasks

• 
  
• Coordinate daily HR operations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies
  
• Support recruitment activities, including interviewing and onboarding new staff
  
• Assist in managing employee benefits and other HR-related processes
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain a positive work environment
  
• Provide support to management in addressing employee relations issues
  
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  
• Manage employee performance reviews and feedback systems
  
• Coordinate training and development programs for e
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or related role
  
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor laws
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Proximity to Isolo Lagos, is required
  
• Ability to work on site at Isolo
