Human Resource Executive
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Executive to oversee and manage all HR functions of an international school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and overall workforce management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Assist in the coordination of the non-teaching section of the school
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
- Oversee performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate staff training, development, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
- Support payroll administration and leave management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- CIPM certification
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resources management.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR software, and digital communication tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
