This role ensures that HR processes run smoothly and align with company policies and objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and issue employment contracts.
- Coordinate orientation and onboarding activities for new hires.
- Ensure timely completion of all onboarding documentation.
- Process resignations, conduct exit interviews, and manage final clearance procedures.
- Address employee queries and concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Support conflict resolution and escalate cases when necessary.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiative.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Manage leave records, attendance tracking, and disciplinary documentation.
- Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal, and supervision documentation.
- Follow up with managers and employees on performance goals and KPIs.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Track employee development plans and training effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc
