Requirements:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job vacancies
  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule interviews and contact applicants
  • Support onboarding of new employees


Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain and update staff records and files
  • Manage employee databases and documentation
  • Keep confidential information secure


Administrative Support:

  • Prepare HR documents (contracts, offer letters, reports)
  • Handle staff inquiries and requests
  • Assist in preparing payroll information


Training and Development Support:

  • Help organize staff training programs
  • Maintain training records

  • Support communication between staff and management

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, HR software)
