You will oversee HR and administrative operations across our Lagos offices—recruitment, employee relations, attendance and headcount management, office administration, and facilities—driving efficiency and great employee experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement HR policies compliant with labour law; handle grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff exits; support workforce planning and role changes.
- Track attendance/daily headcount; coordinate performance reviews and engagement activities.
- Manage training records, HR files/databases, and routine HR correspondence.
- Administer compensation/benefits/leave; maintain accurate personnel records.
- Oversee office supplies, hygiene/safety, vendors/service providers, cleaners and security.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports; escalate unresolved issues and support budgeting/costing.
- Prepare payroll attendance and leave reports; other HR/Admin duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- 3+ years HR/Admin experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, office management; payroll knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- High integrity, discretion with confidential information; able to work independently and manage people.
