Job Description:
M365consult is seeking a dedicated HR Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment and people operations. This role is ideal for a recent HR graduate who wants to work in a dynamic consulting environment and help us scale our Microsoft 365 consulting teams. You will assist with HR administration, recruitment coordination, and clear communication between candidates, hiring managers, and project leads.
Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to final hiring, focused on roles within Microsoft 365 consulting.
  • Manage job postings on relevant platforms, screen resumes, and schedule interviews using Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Maintain candidate databases in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Excel, SharePoint lists) and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and delivery teams, including document preparation in Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive, plus calendar management in Outlook.
  • Engage with candidates via email and Teams, providing timely updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week (approximately 172 hours per month).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • SharePoint/OneDrive); comfortable with virtual collaboration tools.
  • Prior experience in an HR, recruitment, or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
