We are seeking a proactive and organised HR officer who will be responsible for supporting the school's human resources and administrative operations.

Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations.
- Process and coordinate monthly payroll activities accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation activities.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
- Assist with staff communication and administrative coordination.
- Prepare HR and operational reports as required.
- Coordinate operational activities to ensure efficient school administration.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, industrial relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, administration, or operations support.
- Experience processing payroll and managing employee records.
- Knowledge of HR practices and administrative procedures.
- Experience within an educational institution is an added advantage.
