Job summary
We are seeking an HR Supervisor to support HR and administrative functions with a strong focus on Recruitment, employee documentation, and operational HR processes. The role ensures structured and accurate HR records and alignment between employee output and organization expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain and update performance records, scorecards, and employee evaluation data
- Coordinate performance review schedules, documentation, and reporting
- Assist line managers with performance tracking, improvement plans, and documentation
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or HR/Admin roles
- Demonstrated exposure to performance management processes
- Confidentiality and professional judgment
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
