Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a HR Specialist and Tech Recruiter at WayaBank. The role will be located in Lekki but will allow for some remote work. Responsibilities include full-life cycle recruiting, Human Resources Management, technical recruiting, hiring, and strong communication to attract top talent for the company.

2 to 3 days office and the rest remote.


Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Hiring skills
  • Human Resources Management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in recruiting for technical roles
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
