Candidate Demonstrate the ability to understand our HR Software technology in addition to being proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
Must have ability to effectively identify and understand a client's needs and requirements, provide recommendations, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.
Meet client goals and objective by listening to the client needs, understanding client processes, and providing best practice solutions.
Must have excellent learning, listening, communication, and time management skills required.
Should demonstrate longevity and a commitment to the team and our customers is a must.
Must show experience developing functional specification documentation, Statement of Work and Project Plans.
Must demonstrate the ability to identify and manage senior stakeholder expectations
Must be able to manage the end to end project life cycle to deliver projects on time and to budget
Must have an intermediate or higher level of experience with Databases preferably SQL Server 2008 or Higher.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2-5 years of implementation experience of HR and Payroll applications.
