  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description

Requirements:

  • Candidate Demonstrate the ability to understand our HR Software technology in addition to being proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.

  • Must have ability to effectively identify and understand a client's needs and requirements, provide recommendations, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.

  • Meet client goals and objective by listening to the client needs, understanding client processes, and providing best practice solutions.

  • Must have excellent learning, listening, communication, and time management skills required.

  • Should demonstrate longevity and a commitment to the team and our customers is a must.

  • Must show experience developing functional specification documentation, Statement of Work and Project Plans.

  • Must demonstrate the ability to identify and manage senior stakeholder expectations

  • Must be able to manage the end to end project life cycle to deliver projects on time and to budget

  • Must have an intermediate or higher level of experience with Databases preferably SQL Server 2008 or Higher.

 

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of implementation experience of HR and Payroll applications.
