HR Sales Lead
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced, target-driven, and results-oriented HR Sales Lead to drive business growth by promoting our HR consulting and recruitment solutions to corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and engage new corporate clients for HR consulting, recruitment, outsourcing, training, and other HR services.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and outbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate HR solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
- Work closely with the HR delivery and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and successful client onboarding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related discipline.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or HR services sales.
- Experience selling recruitment, outsourcing, consulting, or other HR solutions will be a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets consistently.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship management and client engagement skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable HR solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000
