- Deliver engaging training on HR policies, labour laws, and compliance in Nigeria
- Explain the roles and responsibilities of an HR Manager
- Provide real-life case studies and practical examples
- Develop and share training materials and resources
- Facilitate Q&A sessions and support participant learning
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Human Resources in Nigeria
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR policies
- Previous training or facilitation experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
