Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging training on HR policies, labour laws, and compliance in Nigeria
  • Explain the roles and responsibilities of an HR Manager
  • Provide real-life case studies and practical examples
  • Develop and share training materials and resources
  • Facilitate Q&A sessions and support participant learning


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources in Nigeria
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR policies
  • Previous training or facilitation experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
