Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting effective communication across departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and employment regulations, updating HR policies as needed.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, track employee progress, and support managers in setting and reviewing performance goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HR functions or administration.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
