Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
  • Playing a leading role in compiling the company budget and growth strategy. 
  • Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s evaluation program 
  • Executing strategies to optimize company and asset growth. 
  • Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program 
  • Ensuring expertise and effectiveness across operating platforms.  
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  • Driving employees and leading performance reviews, to ensure an engaged and skilled workforce. 
  • Organize performance management processes 
  • Initiating better business practices. 
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree major in Human Resource Management or related majors
  • No gender limit, 25-45 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as an HR or Personnel administrator or similar roles             
  • Good computer skills, documentation, and management skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Remuneration: NGN 100,000 (Negotiable)
