- Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
- Playing a leading role in compiling the company budget and growth strategy.
- Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s evaluation program
- Executing strategies to optimize company and asset growth.
- Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
- Ensuring expertise and effectiveness across operating platforms.
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
- Driving employees and leading performance reviews, to ensure an engaged and skilled workforce.
- Organize performance management processes
- Initiating better business practices.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree major in Human Resource Management or related majors
- No gender limit, 25-45 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as an HR or Personnel administrator or similar roles
- Good computer skills, documentation, and management skills.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 (Negotiable)
