Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The Student Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process of partners, including sourcing and screening these agents or partners, conducting interviews, and coordinating with partnership client managers.
- They will also be responsible for developing and implementing partnership recruitment strategies, and maintaining a strong partnership pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales and student partner acquisition
- Knowledge of student recruitment technologies and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the Education Industry is a plus
