Job Summary
Lafarge Plc. will be interviewing for this role during the Careers in Africa London Summit on the 18th and 19th of April 2024. We are seeking talented HR Managers who will deliver effective and efficient service to the O&HR; team, with a focus on HR operational systems and delivery. Responsibilities include managing the accuracy of employee data for reporting and distribution, while also ensuring alignment of headcount budget with employee costs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Social sciences or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources
- Generalist capacity or services delivery experience.
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills and result driven.
- Client focused and customer service disposition.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality in handling sensitive data and information.
- Must be highly organized and detailed.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Must be available to attend the London Summit on 18th or 19th of April 2024.
