We are recruiting experienced, perspicacious and result-oriented individuals to join our recruitment team as Operations and International Recruitment Associates (OIRA). The OIRA will primarily recruit developers and other IT Engineers, AI Researchers and other Professionals to join our global technology team. Daily activities will include collaborating with department managers to determine position requirements, writing exciting job descriptions, sourcing outstanding candidates, screening candidates for roles via phone calls, LinkedIn, Team, Telegram etc. and ultimately interviewing and helping to build a strong, diverse team.

The ideal candidate must possess a degree ( preferably MSc, MA, MBA, or equivalent) in  Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields. The other requirements for this position include,

1. Ideally, at least one year of recruiting experience, interview techniques, sourcing, ATS and other related recruitment software

2. Excellent communication, organisational, time management and relationship management skills

3. Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust;

4. Able to develop efficacious strategies and make quick decisions independently;
