Our client, a reputable HR consulting firm, is looking to hire an HR Officer to oversee core people operations and ensure the smooth delivery of HR services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR processes, maintaining compliance, and enhancing overall employee experience across both internal teams and client accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and documentation management
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal HR policies
- Support recruitment processes, performance management cycles, and employee relations activities
- Maintain accurate HR data, systems, and reports for decision-making and compliance purposes
- Provide operational HR support to client organizations as required
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR operations or a similar HR role
- Solid understanding of payroll administration
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
