HR Officer
Job summary
We are hiring an HR Officer for a growing IT & Technology company. You will support the HR department in managing recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, performance management, and staff engagement activities.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Support employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate staff engagement and training activities
- Assist with performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Prepare HR reports and support daily HR operations.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration,
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee relations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR certification is an added advantage.
