The Human Resources Officer contributes to the efficient management of employees by overseeing HR processes, maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal company procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Administer employee contracts, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Support payroll administration by providing accurate employee data and updates.
- Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
- Support the implementation of company welfare, engagement, and disciplinary processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND
- 1 year of previous work experience in a similar role
