We are seeking a skilled HR & Office Admin to lead HR operations and ensure smooth office administration. The HR & Office Admin will provide comprehensive human resources leadership while ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration. This role will be responsible for managing HR policies, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement, alongside overseeing office operations, vendor management, and administration

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and exit processes.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee office operations, budgets, procurement, vendors, and facilities.
- Coordinate meetings/events and maintain accurate HR and administrative records.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, etc.) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years’ HR and office admin experience, preferably in professional services or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems.
- Competencies: Leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving, professionalism, discretion, and business acumen.
