Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing recruitment, from drafting job descriptions and screening applicants to organizing orientation for new hires.
- Acting as an impartial liaison to address grievances, mediate disputes, and boost overall workplace morale.
- Establishing performance evaluation systems, tracking productivity, and identifying training needs to support employee career growth.
- Managing payroll processing, benefits administration, and salary structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensuring the organization adheres to all federal, state, and local employment laws, preventing legal risks and ensuring a safe work environment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in policy formulation and performance Management.
- Must be vast in administration.
- Must be able to set up a professional HR department, inclusive of hiring and onboarding of new staff, where none exist.
