We are looking for a proactive and resourceful HR Manager to lead our people strategy and operations. You will provide strategic HR support, ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, manage key stakeholders, drive effective people practices, improve efficiency, and support overall organizational performance.

- Identify and address HR challenges through research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Apply emotional intelligence to influence and manage diverse stakeholders, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
- Effectively handle difficult conversations with different stakeholders.
- Develop and recommend strategic HR solutions tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
- Partner with other teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and select HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Establish control systems to ensure that the organizations comply with best practices and relevant labor regulations.
Requirement:
- Over 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes of HR issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with recruitment, training, and performance management processes.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
