We are recruiting an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions within a growing organization. The ideal candidate is a mature, highly skilled HR professional with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave administration, and staff welfare.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
- Provide strategic HR support to management and department heads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must reside in Port Harcourt
