Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Manage performance appraisal and employee evaluation systems.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs.
- Maintain HR records and prepare management reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
