HR Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions within the hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policy.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the hotel's goals and objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and professionally.
- Coordinate employee training, development, and succession planning programs.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and support departmental managers in employee evaluations.
- Administer employee compensation, benefits, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor employee attendance, turnover, and workforce productivity.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Advise management on HR-related matters, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and recommendations for senior management.
- Conduct orientation programs and support employee welfare activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
