The Legal HR Officer ensures that the organization’s employment practices, policies, contracts, and disciplinary procedures comply with applicable labor laws and regulatory standards. The role serves as a bridge between Human Resources and legal governance

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all HR policies comply with labor and employment laws.
- Draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and disciplinary documents.
- Advise management on labor law implications of HR decisions.
- Oversee legally compliant disciplinary processes.
- Ensure due process in terminations, suspensions, and warnings.
- Manage employee grievance resolution procedures.
- Handle pre-litigation employment disputes.
- Liaise with external legal counsel where required.
- Mitigate legal exposure in HR-related matters.
- Maintain legally compliant HR documentation standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper records management.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
