Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Strategy: Handle day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- HR Tech Implementation: Lead the selection, deployment, and customization of an HR Tech solution (e.g., integrating tools like BambooHR, Workday, or custom platforms) to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making.
- CRM & Software Expertise: Utilize CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for talent acquisition and employee engagement tracking; integrate and manage other HR tech software such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and payroll platforms.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Develop and execute HR-related digital campaigns to attract top talent, promote company culture, and build employer branding on platforms like LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram.
- Content Creation & Training: Produce high-quality video tutorials, webinars, and training materials to educate employees on HR tech tools, and facilitate interactive sessions to foster adoption and skill development.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze HR metrics using tech tools to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and ROI on HR initiatives; collaborate with IT and leadership for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align HR tech with broader business goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP) is a must.
- Experience: 2-3 years in HR generalist roles, with at least 2 years in a tech-focused environment. Proven track record in implementing HR Tech solutions and using CRM systems.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with HR software (e.g., Zoho People, Oracle HCM) and CRM tools; basic knowledge of data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Digital & Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite); comfort with video production (e.g., using Zoom, Adobe Premiere) and public speaking for training.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, adaptability to fast-paced tech environments, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Other: Willingness to travel occasionally within Nigeria; proficiency in English (written and spoken).
