Job summary

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with at least 3 years’ experience to manage recruitment and HR operations for client accounts. The role involves end-to-end hiring, coordinating HR activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient execution of HR processes with minimal supervision.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client roles.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups and provide structured updates.
  • Supervise and support junior HR staff where required.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, HR records, and operational reports.
  • Ensure all HR processes are executed in line with company procedures and standards.
  • Support general HR operations and administrative activities.


Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal escalation.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in recruitment or HR consulting.
  • Strong recruitment coordination and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
  • High level of organisation, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools is an advantage.
