HR Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with at least 3 years’ experience to manage recruitment and HR operations for client accounts. The role involves end-to-end hiring, coordinating HR activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient execution of HR processes with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned client accounts.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and provide structured updates.
- Supervise and support junior HR staff where required.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR records, and operational reports.
- Ensure all HR processes are executed in line with company procedures and standards.
- Support general HR operations and administrative activities.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal escalation.
- Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in recruitment or HR consulting.
- Strong recruitment coordination and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
- High level of organisation, accountability, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools is an advantage.
